Poor service at best

I tried installing it to talk to friends. I was banned from the service for trying to install using my phone. When I contacted customer support they told me that my phone number was suspected of spam messaging and I would have to provide them with a lot of personal information and proof that I owned the phone.

What?! I just got my phone last month. Not worth the trouble.
